Become a Direct Support Provider!

We are looking for responsible and compassionate people who want to mentor our members in everything from social skills, safety skills, community awareness, basic living skills and so much more! If you are looking for a rewarding job then look no further! Services take place in the members home or out in the community. Great job for college students, educators or as a second job for extra income. All training is free.

Training may also include:

  • ​Medication Administration

  • Seizure Management

  • Habilitation Implementation

  • Direct Care Workers Training

  • Prevention and Support

  • ABA Training

Our Training Includes:

  • First Aid, CPR

  • Blood Borne Pathogens

  • Article 9

  • Overview of Developmental Disabilities

  • Defensive Driving (if applicable)

  • Agency Orientation/Policies and Procedures

  • 6 Hours of Cont. Education

Skills/Requiremens:

  • Must be honest and compassionate

  • 18 years of age/ 21 years of age to drive the client

  • Able to pass background checks

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Prefer 1-year experience in a related field​
