Required Training (Provided for Free!)

To ensure our caregivers are fully prepared, we offer free training in essential HCBS services, including:

  • First Aid & CPR

  • Bloodborne Pathogens

  • Medication Administration

  • Seizure Management

  • Defensive Driving (if applicable)

  • Overview of Developmental Disabilities

  • Article 9 Training

  • Direct Care Worker Training

  • Prevention and Support

  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Training

Additionally, caregivers will complete six hours of continuing education annually to maintain and improve their skills.

Requirements to Join Our Team

To qualify for direct support careers in Phoenix, AZ, applicants must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (21+ to drive a client).

  • Be honest, compassionate, and reliable.

  • Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
